|
Direction: Downbeat, Electronica
“The Dremthief” is Marko Bokun’s maxisingle release including 2 remixes by Deja-Move, a further mix by Marko Bokun as well as the new unreleased Downbeat Track “Remember May” by Marko Bokun.
The “Deja-Move/ Train Dub Mix” is a floorfilling midtempo mix with a Hip Hop Beat underneath, musically influenced by the Balcan Move. The “Secret Convenience Mix” is the consequent development of the original tune supported by a sweet and mysthic downbeat vibe. Bokun's "StolenRemix" has an electronical touch and “Remember May” is one of his masterpieces of pure sweetness in a downbeat shape.
Marko Bokun is one of these highly talented musicians and producers who kept working behind the hypes & scenes for a lot of years. So it’s even more amazing that many well-known producers have used his work and samples without actually knowing him. His samples were used by bands like Duplex Inc. or Blank & Jones and his music was performedin numerous TV broadcasts as well.
You might know Marko Bokun from various releases on labels such as Kontor Records (Sunset Chill), Audiopharm SPV (Afrotronic/ Brazilectro), Watermusic Records and some others. As they were making their way to a lot of play lists and brought him some attention.
